The Chef's Hat will accommodate same day orders; notice is required on specific items and hot dishes.

Delivery Information and Charges
We provide free delivery for orders over $500.00. For orders under $500.00 a $5.00 fee will be charged. Delivery service beyond regular delivery areas will be priced accordingly. All deliveries will be considered "drop-offs" unless set-up is requested.

Our standard packaging for corporate orders is black plastic platter ware, paper plates, plastic cutlery and wicker baskets.

Payment Terms
The Chef's Hat accepts cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All organizations are welcome to apply for a corporate account in which customers receive a 10% discount. Please view our Corporate Club Page for details and registration.

Events in excess of $300.00 require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the event; the balance is due on the day of the event.

Cancellation and Changes
24-hour advance notice is required. For events of 100 people or more 72-hour notice is required. The client may be held responsible for unrecoverable charges and deposits.

All costs are subject to applicable sales tax.
